He speaks seven languages and have worked in 78 countries before the pandemic. He still works in three countries simultaneously as work from home adviser.

In the Philippines, he worked with ADB in capacity development, e-Learning and in the National Infrastructure Information System. His current and former clients are in agri-business, manufacturing, and service sectors in both corporate and government sectors. He facilitates webinars on people data analytics, OD, HR, systems development, and business strategies. He is a trustee of various non-profits, including: Wikipedia, ODPN, ASEC, East-West Centre Alumni Association. He publishes the bi-monthly OD Play Notes Newsletter for the OD Professionals.

Demilade Oluwasina is a Learning Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Future of Work Consultant.

At the institution, he initiated and led the Digital Economy Program including a collaboration with the Alibaba Business School where he led his team to win the award of The Leading Institution of Digital Entrepreneurship for the institution at the Global Digital Entrepreneurship Challenge.

He is also an Adjunct Faculty Member for the Doing Business in Africa Course with the Africa Business School, Morocco.

He served as an Entrepreneurship Coach with the Innovation Creation Studios and is a mentor with Founder Institute.

He has consulted for, trained, and collaborated with local and international Institutions including Africa Business School, UNCTAD, University of Lincoln-Nebraska, Rwanda Institute of Conservation Agriculture, and more.

As a Learning Innovation Adviser, he has co-led and advised on projects such as the Universities Partnership Exchange Initiative (Sponsored by the US Embassy), and the Leadership in Higher Education Program. He helped to create a toolkit for Entrepreneurship Programming for a new University in Rwanda.

Olajumoke Ogunbodede

Olajumoke is currently a doctoral candidate and a graduate teaching assistant in the Special Education program at Duquesne University, Pittsburgh PA.

She has a Master’s in Psychology of Education (2014) from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Nigeria. She proceeded to earn another Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis (2021) from Duquesne University.

Olajumoke has been teaching students across the K – 12 school system since she earned her bachelor’s degree in education from OAU in 2009.

Before she moved to the United States, she worked as a general education teacher in a secondary school in Nigeria.

Olajumoke is from the Southwestern Region of Nigeria.

As an instructor at Duquesne University, Olajumoke teaches both undergraduate and graduate students. During the Fall and Spring semesters, Olajumoke typically teaches classes such as “Introduction to Special Education”, “Social Justice and Empowerment in Special Education” and “Early Intervention and Child Development.”

Olajumoke not only excels in teaching but also in research. Her research interests include the issues of neglect, inequities, and social injustice towards Black students with and without disabilities across K – 12 schools, Black girls with disabilities, and academic/behavior interventions using Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) principles. The neglect of minority groups in our societies and the world at large has been a major motivation for her research interests. Finally, Olajumoke also does some research on investigating the sexuality of individuals with disabilities.

Olajumoke is married. When Olajumoke is not studying, she is either napping or cooking.

Bunmi Adetiloye is a doctoral researcher in Guidance and Counselling. She currently holds the position of a Coaching Administrator at Immerse inner circle, an organisation that has coached over 50,000 women globally.

She is an educator, Counsellor and Coaching Advisor. She has over 7 years experience in school management and organisational development.

She is currently a Ph.D student of Guidance and Counselling at Obafemi Awolowo University.

She has implemented, supervised and managed multi-sectoral projects and convened pan African stakeholder events. An event management specialist, and a seasoned Workshop facilitator, Aminata brings dynamism, interaction and productivity to the most unconnected audiences.

She is an excellent communicator with great interpersonal relationship skills which she has efficiently implemented locally and internationally.

Aminata has great ability in functioning in multicultural contexts, developing teams and leading them to excellent delivery.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria, CIPM. He holds a certificate in Project Management from the London Institute of Skills and Development, U.K as well as an Associate member of the Institute of Leadership and Management London.

With over 15 years of progressive work experience, he has a background in banking (Relationship Management & Customer Service) from Bank PHB and ASO Savings and Loans Plc, Human Resource Management in the International Development sector as well as experience in Management and HR Consulting where he has worked with numerous clienteles across sectors.

Oshoke is a faculty member of several training firms where he has facilitated on a plethora of subjects across the private sectors, public sectors for organizations such as NEITI, Ministry of Finance, NNPC etc and non-profit sectors with adept subject knowledge and hands-on delivery techniques in trainings.
